• What is your Return policy?

You can return any undamaged game within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The return shipping is at your expense.

 

• What shipping do you use?

USPS is used for shipping. It is the cheapest shipping for small items, less expensive than FedEx and UPS. And it gets the package anywhere in the United States in about 3 business days. Email us about international shipping.

 

• What shopping card system do you use?

PayPal is used for checkout. It is secure, and you don't need to create an account to use it. If you do have a PayPal account, of course it makes checkout even easier.

 

• Are your products in any stores?

We are actively working to get our products into various stores, so ask your store manager to carry our products.

 

• Do you have other products in the development?

Other products are under development. We have another deck of Dual Value Playing Cards™ designed, awaiting production. We also have two children's card games in the design stage. Lastly, we're very excited about a concept we have for a board game.

 

• Do you have any iOS Apps for these games?

Think Ahead is available for the iPhone / iPod Touch / iPad, and High and Low Poker is available for the iPad.

 

• What is your Electronic Implementation policy?

We will consider requests for electronic implementations of our games (Think Ahead, High and Low Poker, Pshaww, BAMM!, and so forth), or new games based on Dual Value Playing Cards™ on a case by case basis. Please contact us for licensing terms and conditions.
